Rhino Records of Warner Music Group re-released iconic albums from their vault for this year’s Black History Month. To commemorate the re-release of these albums, they reached out to 9 up and coming designers to develop their version of the album cover they were paired with. When Warner reached out to me, they paired me with Sheila E.’s The Glamorous Life. Everyone who purchases the re-released album gets a copy of the print for free. I am very proud of how this project came out and grateful for the opportunity to have been apart of this. Below is some of my thinking going into the project and the final execution.
